3rd Learning Log 18th June 13

          It been 3 weeks already! time flies so fast. I have learned many teaching method. Today my turn to presentation. I did a good job. I got 27/30 very good score for me. My topics is "Learning English using ICT" It was very easy to present because ICT is very useful and we use it a lot in our daily life. It's not a teaching method but it's how teacher use it to develop student's skills. ICT are powerful tools to improve the teaching/learning process.
           First topics for today was " Pronunciation Teaching" is teaching a pronunciation correctly. It's very important methods can refer to Speaking skill. Secondly, Culture Teaching is teaching culture such as traditional, dressing, food. This group presented about ASEAN culture for AEC in 2015 :) Finally, communicative Language Teaching is teaching students to communicate in real situation. Teacher should use authentic material such as ICT material, bronchus, newspaper. 
           To sum up, I learned many methods but most important thing is how I can apply to use it in the classroom. Some people know a lot of theories but they can't apply in real situation at all. I don't want to be kind of them. 

 

The only way to succeed is to not worry about what anyone else is doing - unknown
