2nd Learning log 10 June 13

          Today I learned three teaching methods from friends presentation such as Belief, Content based Learning, and Problem based Learning. Some group did a good job some group doesn't. it's important to know all English methods because you need it to apply to teach your student
          First methods is Belief. Teacher must believe in the students. What's your believe is show how you can teach them. For example If I want to teach business English, I have to teach about vocabulary using for business such as customer clients, purchase or business conversation etc.
          Secondly, Content based learning is a learner is successful when they focus on content. Most important things is students learning by doing, teach them by content then give assignments to do. it's useful for teaching English and other subjects. Content based learning can refer to other skills, Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking.
          Finally, Problem based learning is students learn through problem and solving it. For English subject if there is no problem, you can make one for your students to discuss. PBL can help thinking skills and solving problems.
          To sum up, there are many method for teachers to use in the classroom. However it depends on the student ability. You should use the methods appropriately.
